We accept query and synopsis submissions for book length works of fiction and non-fiction in the genres of evangelical literature and naturopathic medicine.  Works that combine these genres will be given preference.  For information about author contracts please see the link Author Contracts.

 

   Initial submissions should be in the form of either a Query Letter or a Manuscript Synopsis.  DO NOT send complete manuscript unless requested to do so by the publisher.  DO NOT ask us to visit your websites to review your work.  E-mail or post submissions are acceptable.  E-mail submissions should not be attachments, but simply typed or pasted into the body of the text.  Post submissions should include a SASE.  Please allow up to 60 days for us to review your synopsis.  Those authors/agents with submissions of interest to the publisher will be asked to provide a complete manuscript.

 

Query Letter should contain the following information:

  • Author's name and address, including e-mail address

  • Agent's name and address, including e-mail address

  • Proposed title

  • Expected word count of book

  • Expected time to completion

  • One or two paragraphs explaining your proposed book

  • Proposed market information

  • Author's credentials

  • Bibliography of primary references

Manuscript Synopsis should contain the following:

 

  • Author's name and address, including e-mail address

  • Agent's name and address, including e-mail address

  • Proposed title

  • Expected word count of book

  • Expected time to completion

  • Proposed market information

  • Author's credentials

  • Bibliography of primary references

  • A page or two explaining the book's premise

  • Completed chapters one and two

  • Outlines of remaining chapters
